The Stones of Blood by David Fisher
Ancient stone circles, druidic legends and justice from another dimension collide on present-day Earth.

The Androids of Tara by David Fisher
On a feudal world with a twist, the Doctor and Romana are entangled in a plot of android doubles and royal assassinations.

The Power of Kroll by Robert Shearman (exclusive to this edition!)
In the swamps of Delta Magna, colonial politics and native rebellion awaken an ancient and monstrous god.

The Armageddon Factor by James Goss (exclusive to this edition!)

James Goss is a Sunday Times Bestselling author who has written several Doctor Who books, including being Douglas Adams' literal ghost writer, as well as adapting The Giggle for the Target range. He's written extensively for audio, working on projects for Audible, BBC Sounds and Big Finish. He's also written the Daleks! cartoon series for BBC Studios.

James Goss has adapted three Doctor Who stories by Douglas Adams for BBC Books (City of Death, The Pirate Planet, and The Krikkitmen). He's also written several original Doctor Who and Torchwood books. His novel #Haterz is in development as a motion picture. He's also written for the stage and the radio.

Robert Shearman is an award-winning writer for television, radio and the stage, as well as several acclaimed short story collections, the first of which won him a World Fantasy Award, and Doctor Who audio scripts for Big Finish Productions.

David Fisher was approached by script editor Anthony Read to write for Doctor Who and the result was the 100th story, The Stones of Blood, transmitted in 1978. Fisher first met Read when the latter was setting up a series called The Troubleshooters in 1965. Fisher went on to write for Orlando (1967), Dixon of Dock Green (1969), Sutherland's Law (1973) and General Hospital (1977). As well as The Stones of Blood, Fisher also contributed The Androids of Tara, The Creature from the Pit and The Leisure Hive to Doctor Who. The first two stories were novelised by Terrance Dicks, but Fisher decided to pen the latter two himself for the Target range.

Following his work on Doctor Who, Fisher wrote for Hammer House of Horror (1980), Hammer House of Mystery and Suspense (1984) and collaborated with Read on a number of historical books with subjects including World War Two espionage, the Nazi persecution of Jews and the Nazi/Soviet pact of the early 1940s.

Tom Baker is an actor best known for his role as the Fourth Doctor in the BBC hit series Doctor Who from 1974-1981. After leaving the show, Tom continued to act and provide voiceover work for many popular British TV programmes including Black Adder, Agatha Christie's Marple, Little Britain, and many more. He is the author of an autobiography, Who On Earth Is Tom Baker? and the darkly comic novel, The Boy Who Kicked Pigs.
