The author, Janice Linder, has not had it not easy in life with having dyslexia, to picking the wrong men, to finding herself in situations but though all the abuse and the struggles she went though, God has been there with her even when she felt like she was all alone. On her journey, she met two teenagers that would be her lifelong friends. This friendship of forty-seven years has been her anchor, they have always been there for her when she needed someone. On her journey of faith and resilience, she has come out victorious even though Satan wanted to take her life and shorten it.
