Diabetes Mellitus is one of the most common metabolic disease having serious health implications. Diabetic neuropathy is the most common complication of both type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Patients with diabetic neuropathy experience symptoms of burning sensations, prickling feelings, numbness, and paraesthesia while in 50% of cases it is asymptomatic. Sensorimotor training can be used as a global approach for balance exercise in such patients.
