Tom is grieving for his girlfriend. Her powerful family, convinced he is responsible for her death, place a bounty on his head.

Grieving a lover and fleeing a bounty on his head, Tom takes up in dilapidated moorland pub the Bothy, run by the ageing gangster Frank. Black humour and tenderness play out alongside unbearably escalated menace. Reminiscent of David Peace and Elmore Leonard.
