Based on eight multi-customer courses held at the Technical University of Munich, this book describes how to set up project environments in an agile manner. Using Rugby, an agile process model that borrows concepts from Scrum and from the Unified Process, the book presents different project management workflows, and provides detailed instructions on how to set up and introduce these workflows in the project-based organization. The book is intended for instructors who want to include advanced project management techniques and informal modeling in their courses, as well as project managers in industry who want to explore agile workflows in pilot projects.
