SHERRIE FLICK is the author of the award-winning flash fiction chapbook I Call This Flirting, the novel Reconsidering Happiness, which was a semi-finalist for the VCU First Novelist award, and the short story collection Whiskey, Etc. Her flash fiction appears in many anthologies and journals, including Flash Fiction Forward and New Sudden Fiction, Ploughshares, Booth, and SmokeLong Quarterly. She has received fellowships from Sewanee Writers' Conference, Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, the Ucross Foundation, and Atlantic Center for the Arts. She lives in Pittsburgh where she works as a freelance writer and teaches in Chatham University's MFA and Food Studies programs. She has two new titles forthcoming in fall 2018: a short story collection from Autumn House Press and a book of narrative nonfiction.
