In this book we begin working with persistent weight and obesity issues, using a new approach and tools. Everything you need to start moving from Fat Land to Slim land is in this book.Our new approach has been designed so that it can work with any diet plan, slimming or weight control programme in the world.We introduce the reader to a real world approach and information that helps those with weight and obesity issues to succeed; rather than fail.To keep things simple, we have broken the approach into 3 Steps. Each step is explained iin easy to follow and understand language.To make it interesting we have created a Quest; the journey from Fat Land to Slim Land. On this Quest you will learn about your weight control problem, the other issues, problems and challenges; and how to go about sorting them out.We also introduce the concept of the Fat Land Identity and look at how we change this to a Slim Land Identity.
