Brian McNeill received his PhD in 1984 from Texas Tech University in counseling psychology, and is currently a professor and codirector of the Pacific Northwest Center for Mestizo and Indigenous Research and Outreach at Washington State University. He has served as director of doctoral training for the APA accredited programs in counseling psychology at the University of Kansas and Washington State University. He is the coauthor with Cal D. Stoltenberg of IDM Supervision: An Integrative Developmental Model for Supervising Counselors and Therapists (2010). His research interests and areas of expertise include Chicana/o Latina/o psychology, clinical supervision, recruitment and retention of culturally diverse students in professional psychology, and investigations of Latina/o spiritual healing traditions. Dr. McNeill is a licensed psychologist in the states of Washington and Idaho where he practices and consults.
Cal D. Stoltenberg received his PhD in counseling psychology from the University of Iowa in 1981, and is currently David Ross Boyd Professor of Educational Psychology at the University of Oklahoma. He has served as department chair and as the director of training for the Counseling Psychology Program and Community Counseling Program at the University of Oklahoma for nearly 20 years. He is the coauthor with Brian McNeill of IDM Supervision: An Integrative Developmental Model for Supervising Counselors and Therapists (2010). His research interests include supervision and training, couples and family issues, and multicultural issues. Dr. Stoltenberg is a licensed psychologist, health services provider in Oklahoma.
