Stretching & Flexibility is one of the best-known books addressing the subject of how to make yourself more flexible, how to become more mobile, and how to move better. It is based around 16 lessons which begin with simple spinal movements. The second edition has two major new exercises compared to the first edition. As well, the book provides a URL (to our inexpensive pay download channel) to the full video stream of the S&F "DVD Update" (1.5 hours of high-definition video); there are many new additional exercises and variations of exercises there.
Stretching & Flexibility presents 100 exercises, with detailed instructions and Cues. Each exercise has a minimum of three photographs, and there are many anatomical illustrations, too. Beginner's, Intermediate, and Advanced versions of exercises are shown. There are groups of exercises organised by sport or activity.
