Fergal has worked on the Silvana Franco High Low series of cookbooks and has been a food stylist for television commercials and programs. JUDITH FERTIG trained at La Varenne in Paris and the Cordon Bleu in London and is now a Kansas City-based food writer. Her work has appeared internationally in newspapers such as The New York Times Syndicate and in magazines such as Bon Appetit.
